1. Unique claw blade & flake blade design, suitable for crushing boxes, thin pipe fittings, blow molding parts and large pieces of all kinds of material shape plastic defective products, can be centralized crushing and recycling.
2. The claw blade type can be dispersed by the strength, so that the shear of each blade is increased, especially suitable for thick products and large plastic drooling, effectively improve the cutting force of the blade, reduce blade wear.
3. Blade structure between claw knife, flat knife, suitable for crushing ordinary sheet, pipe, profile, plate and packaging materials and other plastic products, gate.
4. High speed at 500~600RPM, good crushing efficiency, and equipped with double-silencer to achieve low noise.
5. The motor is equipped with overload protector & interlock power protection safety device & granulator is equipped with cleaning cuter protection safety device for ensuring operators' safety.
6. Feeding hopper and screen can be customized stainless steel, crushing transparent or white material, easy to clean, ensure no contamination.
7. Cutters are made of SKD-11 (option) with long service life.
8. The standard screen mesh size for 10HP & below is 8mm: for 15HP & above is 10mm. Other spec can be customized according to customers' requirements.
9. Big size power granulators can be equipped with cooling water circulation system, the heat generated by the machine to the outside of machine, can reduce machine itself working temperature and avoid crushing material agglomerate.
10. Small size power granulators is equipped with casters, easy to move; Big size powerful granulators can be equipped with vibration pads to work smoothly.
