Shredder is a kind of machine used for coarse crushing, generally used for processing raw materials or scraps, recycling industry, to make its size smaller. Compared with other crushers, the tool shaft has low speed, low noise and low energy consumption.
A typical example is the shredding of plastic or rubber scraps as raw materials, melting and granulating, used to remake plastic bottles, tires or trash cans, etc. Shredder is used in the plastic recycling industry, often used for scrap large caliber PE plastic pipe, bundles of plastic film, large piles of plastic sheets and machine head material crushing.

5. Optimized shredding chamber structure design. The trolley suspension and guiderail are integrated on the side of the body, and the bottom of the chassis is flat to reduce the cost of wearing parts. Shredding room adopts inclined design, material shredding more easily, higher output.
6. The bearing seat is installed on the outside of the chassis, and the bearing and bearing seat are directly sealed by the sealing ring, effectively avoiding the crushing material into the bearing, so as to improve the service life of the bearing.
7. Customized spindle design. For different materials, different structure of the spindle. For example, for the W-shaped main shaft of soft materials such as film and ton bag, the tool holder is welded, which can effectively avoid materials entering the gap of the tool holder and corroding the tool bolt, resulting in difficult replacement in the later period. For hollow and block materials, wear-resistant welding is added to the main shaft to protect the it. At the same time, the weld is polished to ensure the consistency of the spindle and the tool clearance and ensure the shredding efficiency.
8. Emergency switch. Shredder front section equipped with emergency switch, safe and convenient.
9. Magnetic sensor. After opening the screen door, the whole machine will be automatically disconnected to protect the safety of workers when replacing the blade.
10. Customized Spindle Rotor
The spindle rotor adopts different design in accordance with different material. The rotor blade can be used symmetrically.

11. Hydraulic Screen Replacement
The hydraulic system could achieve fast screen replacement short-time maintenance through automatically opening and closing.

12. Main Shaft Rack
All shredders are equipped with E- type smooth rotors. The rotor blade and blade holder are fixed on the rotor by bolts. The hydraulic screen cradle allows for easy knife maintenance and screen replacement.

13. Outboard Bearing Housing
The bearing housing is installed outside the chamber, sealed by rubber ring to prevent the crushed material entering the bearing. Thus ensuring a longer service life.
