1. Control system: micro-computer control system was programmed & developed by ZK, write the program with more safety protection functions to provide safeguard for operator and IMM in accordance with insufficient safety protection for domestic IMM situation. In addition, we also can write the special program to meet customers' special requirements for matching the various molds and grippers.
2. Palm controller incorporate, changeable Chinese / English screen page, easy learning, multi-functions and programs are provided for selection, automatically detecting, displaying and recording the malfunctions, conveniently maintain and problem solving.
3. The robot designed for large and heavy products is suitable for large IMM with the maximum clamping force of 3200T, and can take out products weight up to 50KG including jig weight.
4. The extra-large robot, open structure design, jig application space is larger, arm lifting space is not restricted, easy to take out larger products.
5. Vertical arm and crosswise movement is driven by pinion unit, smooth transmission, wear resistant, durable, stronger rigidity, crosswise structure using seamless steel pipe, stronger rigidity.
6. The center of gravity of the extra-large robot mechanism is behind, and the moment of mechanical arm is shorter and the operation is more stable.
7. Full AC servo motors are driven on three axes (traverse/crosswise/main arm) take-out at super high-speed 0.7 sec.

10. Jig circuit: molded parts quickly remove from the mold and slow drop outside the mold to place the parts, with the action function of "quick take and put down gently" to realize stable and perfect removal action and place products safely according to different products with various jigs.
11. Program can be edited according to product requirement which can apply to rapid removal, insert, or complicated automation occasion. It can realize special motion such as array, stack, counting, sample etc.
