Three Axes Robot Arm Full Servo Motor Injection Robot Arm Manipulator

Three/ Five Axes AC Servo Driven Robots are extensively applied to horizontal plastic injection machines from 50~850T which are mainly designed for rapid and precise removal on strict demands of good appearance of finished products and sprues. There are two types of arms: single stage and telescopic. Full AC servo motors are driven on three axes (traverse/ crosswise/ main arm) and five axes (traverse/crosswise &vertical for main arm & sub arm), take-out time at 0.65-1.5 sec and dry cylce time at 5-9 sec.All linear movement are controlled by servo driven control systems to cooperate with high rigidity structure of linear guiderail for realizing high precise take-out and accurate repeatability.

Features

1. Micro-computer control system was programmed with more safety protection functions to provide safeguard for operator and IMM. In addition, we also can write the special program to meet customers' special requirements for matching the various molds and grippers.
2. Palm controller incorporate changeable Chinese / English screen page, easy learning, multi-functions and programs are provided for selection, automatically detecting, displaying and recording the malfunctions, conveniently maintain and problem solving.
3. Full AC servo motors are driven on three axes(traverse/crosswise/main arm) and five axes (traverse/crosswise & vertical for main arm & sub arm),take-out time at 0.65-1.5 sec.
4. High rigidity structure design, stable construction, low vibration, abiding and long service life.
5. Traverse, crosswise and vertical unit adopt high precision linear guide rail result in high speed, low noise, accurate position, wear resistance, heat resistance , long service life without distortion.
6. Single stage arm adopt precision linear guide rail with high wear resistance; high rigid alloy beam which achieve high speed, low vibration and long service life.
7. The telescopic type of vertical arm adopt high rigid alloy beam with the trait of light weight, strong structure, special design belt with double speed which can decrease the height of whole robot not only to meet the requirement of factory height limitation but also to increase vertical speed and stable performance.
8. High Performance imported AC Servomotor, working with high precise linear guide rail and imported steel wire belt driven result in high speed, low noise. precision position at ±0.1mm.
9. Jig circuit - molded parts quickly remove from the mold and slow drop outside the mold to place the parts, with the action function of " quick take and put down gently" to realize stable and perfect removal action and place products safely according to different products with various jigs.
10. In addition, AC/BC rotation axes can be customized for meeting customers' various products requirement.
11. Program can be edited according to product requirement which can apply to rapid removal, insert, or complicated automation occasion. It can realize special motion such as array, stack, counting, sample etc.
12. Multiple Protections - the maximum end position is equipped with limit switches, all direction of end position equipped with ant anti-collision device which can prevent the motion out of control. Complete safeguard for IMM and robot to ensure safety running.

Assembled parts and structures design adopt oilless device, easy maintenance and long service life. (Guiderail and slide should be oiled regularly; The rod of cylinder should fill grease regularly.)
