1. Equipped with microprocessor, can accurately control regenerative temperature , the actual temperature difference can be controlled within ±0.1° to ensure dew-point stable.
2. To integrate the function of dehumidifying, drying and two - stage conveying into single unit . Three - stage conveying function is optional.
3. Intelligent pre-heating setting, equipped with weekly timer, to realize the machine operating automation.
4. The dehumidification system adopts cooler structure to ensure lower return air temperature and dew point for improving the quality of finished products greatly thanks to supply stable dehumidified at -40ºC dew-point, controlled temperature precisely.
5. To adopt silica gel absorption honeycomb with low regenerative temperature at 150ºC which can save more power if compare with molecular sieve structure with regenerative temperature above 200ºC.
6. Double - wall insulated hopper dryers feature down - blowing pipe design to avoid heat dispersion for improving drying efficiency. Conveying system is made of stainless steel to eliminate material contamination.
7. Closed-loop circulation for dehumidified air & feeding system to avoid the possibility of moisture regain for absorbing outside air during material conveying.
8. Conveying system is equipped with shut -off valve to ensure no remaining material in material tube .
9. Using imported superb parts which enhance function and extend service life for saving maintenance cost.
10. Powder coated frame of machine with exquisite appearance. Compact construction; small footprint to save space; move conveniently for any machine use. User-friendly design for convenient maintenance.
11. Perfect safety protection, fault indication and intelligent alarm system with multiple protection device. Reduce accidents caused by human or mechanical failure.
12. One to two dehumidifying & drying combination equips with 2 drying hoppers (option), the drying temperature of single hopper can be individually controlled. It mainly applied to two color component IMM which can process dehumidifying & drying to two different drying materials.
13. Optical-class models use mirror polished treatment on the material contact surface to avoid material contamination and collocate conveying system with closed-loop in order to avoid the possibility of moisture regain for absorbing outside air during material conveying.
